Flu/RSV/SARS-CoV-2

Flu/RSV/SARS-CoV-2 is a single-well multiplex qPCR assay that simultaneously detects: Influenza A virus (Flu A), Influenza B virus (Flu B), Respiratory syncytial viruses (RSV) type A & type B and dual targets for SARS-CoV-2 virus. The assay is also combined with an endogenous control.

The detection chemistry utilises PlexPCR^®(PlexZyme^® & PlexPrime^®) technology.

Why use Flu/RSV/SARS-CoV-2?

Provides 5 readouts:
- Readout 1 detects Flu A
- Readout 2 detects Flu B
- Readout 3 detects RSV A or RSV B
- Readout 4 detects the SARS-CoV-2 ORF1ab or RdRp gene
- Readout 5 is an endogenous control
Compatible with liquid handling systems, 96- and 384-well reaction formats
Compatible with the real-time detection systems:
- ABI 7500 Fast / ABI 7500 Fast Dx
- ABI QuantStudio
