EntericPlex Bacteria I
EntericPlex Bacteria I is a 1-well, multiplex qPCR assay that simultaneously detects and differentiates: Campylobacter spp. (C. jejuni, C. coli, C. upsaliensis and C. lari), Shiga toxin producing Escherichia coli (STEC), Salmonella enterica and Shigella spp. (S. sonnei, S. boydii, S. flexneri and S. dysenteriae). This mix includes an internal control for extraction and amplification. The EntericPlex Bacteria I kit is for research use only (RUO) and is not intended for use in diagnostic procedures.
