EntericPlex Bacteria II
EntericPlex Bacteria II is a 1-well, multiplex qPCR assay that simultaneously detects and differentiates: Vibrio parhaemolyticus, Aeromonas spp. (A. caviae, A. hydrophila, A. veronii and A. dhakensis), Yersinia enterocolitica, Plesiomonas shigelloides, and Vibrio vulnificus. This mix includes an internal control for extraction and amplification. The EntericPlex Bacteria II kit is for research use only (RUO) and is not intended for use in diagnostic procedures.
